In the Workspace Settings page you will find the toggle "Allow support to view your workspace".
Enabling this allows Xata Support to access your Workspace with full read and write rights to the databases within. This level of access can be crucial for troubleshooting or reproducing your specific scenario, so we may suggest that you grant it to us during the course of a Support case.
Xata Support will strive to use the minimal level of access possible and will not perform any changes without your consent.
We recommend that you only activate this switch during the course of an investigation under a Support ticket and in coordination with Xata Support. You can disable Workspace access at any moment by switching off the toggle and we recommend that you do so right after the relevant Support issue is resolved.
